  1. Texts posts just don’t seem to make the cut anymore. Facebook videos have been a huge hit… and will only continue to rise. With Facebook Live just launching a few months ago, daily views have increased from 1 billion to 8 billion in the past year! This means people are interested in viewing, sharing and uploading videos on Facebook. It’s time to get on it!
  2. You can’t forget about twitter! But you can forget about that text limit! Twitter now has a embedded feature where you can embed live broadcasts directly into tweets. How cool is that? Users love to watch videos, and here are the stats to prove it! Research has shown that 82% of users love watching videos on a regular basis. Having a “live broadcast” will attract users to want to watch the broadcast in real time, or else they will miss out. This can be a huge marketing window for businesses.
  3. Videos can be an efficient resource for information. Watching a video makes it simpler to digest information, and allows you to see the product “in person” rather than just a description and an image. Videos not only need to be informative, but need to be entertaining as well.
  4. Posting videos in your social media channels can help with building a multi-media channel platform. Consumers are on different devices all the time, and want to share videos! If someone saw a video on instagram, tagged their BFF and their BFF shares it…. You are already widening your viewing audience, which will increase your chances of conversions! It also helps build brand awareness, which businesses gotta love.
